Doubt about the War Freeze.

Here in the alliance we are Platinum 1, even with the rank freeze can we move up to MASTER? We have this doubt, some think it is possible to move up to MASTER or even go down to Platinum 2... others think it is frozen at Platinum 1.

I think what’s frozen is the war tier rating, not the rank itself, you can still move up or down in ranks, but you won’t get lower rank rewards
