I tried the 3 codes yesterday and kept getting spinning circles for many hours. I tried them today and they are all invalid now? Is this a known bug or am I not able to get these rewards? If so extremely frustrating.

Had the same thing happen but the item eventually came in game. Was getting a reward limit reached error when entering the code because one of them took.
