I’m so frustrated with how Battlegrounds scoring works right now. Just look at this screenshot:

I ended the fight with 99% HP, my opponent had 98% HP. I played safer, controlled the fight, and technically “won” in every fair sense…
But I LOST because my opponent beat my defender a few seconds faster.
So apparently in Kabam’s Battlegrounds:
Speed matters more than actual skill or survivability.
Ramp and DOT damage champs are punished.
You can play flawlessly, end at nearly full health, and STILL LOSE.
How is this fun or fair?
Why should a roster full of nuke champs be the only viable way to compete? This is why so many players are frustrated with BGs right now—it’s not about mastery or control anymore, it’s just a DPS race.
I’ve been saying this for months:
🔹 Scoring should prioritize HP remaining over time.
🔹 Give a larger weight to defender HP and attacker HP.
🔹 Make BGs a test of skill and strategy, not just “who nukes faster”.
The current system is killing the fun for players who actually enjoy thoughtful gameplay. If Kabam doesn’t want people to just quit and forfeit out of frustration (like I did here), they need to rework scoring ASAP.
Is anyone else tired of this? Drop your screenshots. Let’s make some noise so Kabam finally takes this seriously.
