Solvarch relic bug

Anyone else having relic bugs with him? Any relic seems to not work on him. I tap on the relic and nothing happens. Currently running a hulkbuster relic still nothing

I've been able to replicate this on every eidol/fractured power bar with statcast and battlecast relics. I can attach videos in an email if needed @Kabam (Osaurus) Rex @KabamDORK. The relic icon when pressed has it's pressed animation but the champ just blocks and the striker doesn't activate.
