Striker Touch/click Not Working

Anyone else facing any issue when you click/touch of the striker button control nothing happens...

Was fighting Red Skull in AW using Isophyne, striker was activated after few combos and button lit up, but when u press nothing happens.. its like a dead button doing nothing.. screen is fine all other controls work except the striker?

This has been mentioned by several players on the forums with Eidols. The common opinion is that the striker button is slightly out of place with their broken special bar buttons and it is causing problems.

I dont think its because of placement, I have touched all over the place, but still doesn't work
