Who should I R2 first

I've recently became Paragon and want to upgrade my seven star rooster, so I need some help with my tech champs I have 4 really good champs which are Jack, Red skull, Iron heart and warlock so which one should I take to R2 first

Ironheart. She can do so many fights really well. I love Jack but she has much of the same utility and while doesn’t nuke like him she can dish out great DOT .

I would do warlock.
