Error with Professor X

I have a 7-star Professor X and when playing with him for more than 2 or 3 fights the screen starts to turn a dark blue that prevents you from seeing the characters, reaching the point of going completely dark. This affects fights with Professor X and the other characters that fight after him. I have videos as evidence to fix this error since it has caused me several defeats because of this.
