Yes, it absolutely can, I saw someone that opened 4 and got 3 falcons and a spidey supreme (all dupes as well I think)

Waited a week since New batch of Titan Crystal update.Spent some units and a few bucks to get another Titan. Just to end up getting Green Falcon guy back to back. 😡 Furious to say the least.
