Roster Update after 9.3/ Next Steps?

So I just completed 9.3 and am working on exploration. I can r4 someone (karolina dean is my current fav), and would like some input. Speaking of, if karolina is the play, I need 11 more of those research grants in order to get the 2-3 gem. Is that possible or have i missed my window? Finally, what content should I tackle next? (Aside from exploration). What am I ready for? Well here's the roster.
