Bullseye vs Okoye as R4?

Have a skill 3-4, and while both of these champs I enjoy, it makes for a tough decision.

To those who have either at R4, and might’ve been stuck with this decision at some point, what were your deciding factors?

If you play BG, Bullseye is offense and defense. Okoye is only offense.

R4 Bullseye will get you farther in BG.

Heard Okoye becomes a different level nuke at r4

I have both at R4.

If i had to choose one it would be Okoye,..that ensnare utility is excellent and she nukes opponents down very quickly.

Okoye is new ArchAngel of BG minus shutting down all the nodes :/

More damage is always good, So pick her.
