Stuck at 8 Sword and Stone Market Points

I have been stuck at 8/10 Sword and Stone Market Points for the last two days. I just recorded myself claiming the 2 Daily Free Market Points from the MCOC webstore, thereby reaching the 10 points required for the free Seven-Star Nexus, but it still says I am at 8. Am I the only one experiencing this issue, and who do I contact to get it fixed?"

Is there something I’m missing? I’m a free-to-play player and could really use that Fantastic Four Nexus Crystal. By the way, I know the game is down at the moment, but that shouldn’t affect the webstore, since the countdown for me to claim the next points is still there. However, I’m still stuck at 8/10 Sword and Stone Market Points.
