Energy & Elder marks issue

They said they heard our feedback and seen posts about energy reduction, my question is who complained about some extra energy before? I'm playing this game for almost 7-8 years and I have never seen anyone complaining about energy overflow, then why did they need to remove those refills in the first place!?

Now they are adding 2 refills in the weekly milestone, not that much like before but still something. But why removing elder marks now? Anyone complained about elder marks overflow as well? At this point I really don't know why they have to mess with everything!! Seems like 1 step forward and then 100 steps backward!!

You wont be able to earn anymore or use any you have in your inventory when the "positive" changes go live

Well, when they said depreciating, it could also mean decreasing the number of them. Which would be more prudent than removing them. That would make sense when it comes to balancing the reduction in cost. Removing them completely seems extreme.

We occasionally have extra energy when they include it in compensation packages.

That should not be considered normal energy levels.

Hey Kabam… How about this thought process, more energy = more players doing more things in game.

Fun and different things. Experimenting with different possible solutions to quests/fights. Trying to do something that your favorite ccp member showed on line.

I have a 2 star shehulk ..... the only thing standing in the way of my dream is energy... and skill.

Limited Energy = Limited play.

Players choose the maximum utility they can get for the Limited resources available.

Fun not a main consideration.

At the nicest, which kabam lately hasn't been. What they mean by depreciating is that they'll gradually taper down the elders' marks until they remove them, but going by the language used, that's not the case. They're going to go cold turkey on the whole system

Yes, I understand the point of offsetting the 5 Energy reduction, and to be honest the Marks system has less value now that the Objectives are integrated. However, removing them completely seems to be extreme, given the fact that a 5 Energy reduction doesn't warrant that. In any case, I guess I'll wait and see.
