An excepted error

Hello everyone
Have you encountered the same problem with your account? My account has been unable to log in since about three days ago. No matter how good the network environment is, it always shows that an unknown error has occurred. And I have clicked "reconnect" for numerous times, disappointingly, it consistently stucks at this particular page and it has no progress at all during past three days approximately.
