Can SQ be farmed multiple times with same difficulty?

In other words, can I use my key to farm threat level 2 multiple times?
Or its only once and move on to other threat levels?

But the completion reward is given only once.

That's why Im confused

I know I ran level 5 four times & got path rewards every time. I want to say there was a completion reward each run, but I'm not 100% sure. Sorry
