Question About Radiance Store Refresh Timer

I have a question about the “Radiance” store. I’ve been buying the Fragments of the Undying, and I only have one fragment left to purchase. Other items in the store have a refresh timer, but these fragments don’t. Could you please clarify if the fragments will refresh, or are they only available for 5000 units?
