CapIW vs Rhino

Fighting buffed rhino and Cap could not nullify his unstoppable. Read thru rhinos abilities but not sure what I’m missing. As intended or a bug?

cap iw only removes unstoppable buff not passives

Cap IW can only nullify unstoppable buffs. Doesn’t work vs unstoppable passives or if they’re nullify immune
