I'm having an issue with Webstore points?

I have been claiming the free market points, but it has been saying "10 more points needed" after claiming the points several days in a row now.. what am I missing here?

They have turned off the free points for the t7 basic. You would think they would allow you to get it after all of these issues..but nah..you gotta pay for it.
