Dazzler against solvarch

So….can we get a clear answer on this?! Twice now I have tried in war and failed miserably, according to both their kits dazzler technically nukes solvarch! I get that’s something that is as not intentional but it’s there! Can we PLEASE get an answer t wheter if it is as fixed, patched; unintended and not whatever you want to call it at this point! I just need a confirmation….
