Change back EQ Format as previous month, pls not this adaptive format

It is not only me having difficulties to complete and explored newly adaptive eq format, i think there are others feeling the same.

We dont have the strong Champions from each class to complete the chapter , strongly relied on pots and revs

We should push back to the old format just like prev months
