Zola comp not for me?

I opened one titan after they posted that they'll be compensating.
I see my alliance mates get their in the mail.
Why didn't I get the compensation?

I opened 9 plus a nexus. I haven’t received it as well. It maybe coming in waves. Wait till end of the day today and if it hasn’t come yet, we can contact support.
