Without invest in deep wounds she has 6 points at, and without invested in dex she has 2 points, if I Invest 3 points in dex she will have 2 points above max (3) and if I invest 1 point in deep wounds she will have 2 points above the max (5).
So this should be enough to take down mystical dispersion, or if Im missing something please let me know it, mystic champions still gaining power form mystic dispersion when I used her.

how does she have 6 points in DW? It’s only 3 from her sig.

1 point in DW is not enough, you need to have minimum 3 to have the max rank bonus.

if you have max dexterity, you’ll get a 50% potency max rank bonus effect. You need at least 4 points in DW to have the other 50%.
