Is it me or does anyone else feel like there's a gaping disconnect between what @Kabam Miike says about valuing summoners and how support handles things? I feel like when kabam has Livestreams or any other platform they communicate on they always make it sound like the player matters but when you have an issue and bring it up to support they blow it off and tell you all the reasons that you made a mistake not them.
