New EQ rewards

I am really confused with the reward system of this EQ ..i am sure that i should be gettIng more rewards which i have not received. Gor example basis the images I should be getting atleast 10 M gold however i got only 1M. My total should have been 45 M and I am stuck at 36M..there is a problem with reward distribution. Please fix..i have invested so much resources and time not to be fooled around

presentation + customer experience when getting those awards are terrible. Don’t know what I am getting except some selectors etc
