False chat ban?

I have been chat banned. I don’t know what I did to deserve this ban. I know this sounds crazy but genuinely all I have done is spread love and help other people in global chat - a couple jokes may have been sprinkled here or there but I really don’t think there was anything to make anyone else feel bad or something that would break tos. I really don’t believe that this is a lawful ban. Someone who hates me must have created a ticket against me because there is just no way. I genuinely don’t believe there could have been any moment where I broke tos, is it possible that someone could have forged screenshots or does kabam do a deeper look at all the messages you send because I just don’t believe I’m wrong here.

Please let me know if I’m wrong here and if Kabam does actually see all my messages and somehow I breached tos (unlikely).

Kabam doesn't ban players for anything based on reports, but based on their findings. If they chat banned you, it is because of what you said, not because of what someone said about you. And the behavior usually has to be pretty gross for a chat ban.
