In his kit it says that under aggressive instinct his slow debuff pauses for 4 seconds after dash attacks. But when playing in game I don’t see it pausing when I dash. Am I misunderstanding something or is this a bug?

You have to hit the dash and sometimes the pause mix with the dexterity pause visually, it's there you just don't see
