Blurred textures in fights

I have been getting blurred textures of both my character and the defender in fights. The issue seems to be only in fights. I don't remember what prompted the issue and when it first occurred. Anyone else who faced the same issue please let me know if there is any solution or if its a problem from my phone. I have attached pictures for reference
