I would prioritize Bullseye, hitmonkey, chi, NF(if awakened), BWDO before zemo.

He's super subjective. You have to play him to know if you like him. Mine is R4 and I love him

short answer : no.

long answer: IMO his a mid duel threat champ, you got Hit Monkey, Chi, Fury, Bullseye, B Widow, Mantis, M Knight, S Sable, Elsa, Jabari & Killmonger all faster attackers or at his lvl , in defense you got Attuma, Fury, Bullseye, Korg & Killmonger all more annoying than him.

My advice is to invest in Bullseye if you want a duel threat or just a defender, but if you just wanna a pure attacker then you got Monkey.

absolutely. I did r3 zemo undupe. (Hopefully awaken soon) but still solid champ for me.

Ps: not to forget he's a tactic attack next 2 seasons as well so he will come handy
