So I was doing Arena and when I dex domino sp1, I didn't get the precision buff and took critical failure dmg

That's just Domino being Domino.

How is that a bug? Maker’s 125% ability accuracy is only for his personal effects + parry stun. So it’s perfectly normal for her to fail the precision buff from dexterity, and therefore receive crit failure.
