Finally got him

I was missing 5 pieces for D Thanos. I saved radiance and bought remaining pieces from Radiance store. R4d him and completed 10 th anniversary Deathless event and awakened him now. God tier champion.

No, I bought 2 pieces of D Vision and 3 pieces of Kgroot from the Radiance store. They cost around 56k radiance/piece. I got She-Hulk and Gully last year from Quests. With all 4 Deathless Champions, I completed the Deathless Mausoleum to get Thanos. And I completed the 10th anniversary deathless challenge to awaken him.
