Please show Blade some love ❤️

Please allow Blade to heal up to 100% as I feel it should be.
I think it's ridiculous that he stops at 70%.

70% is fine though. It's more than enough.

If anyone use him in bgs, getting hit is not an option. And in content even 50% is more than enough. High sig is more important for quick access to instant healing compared to healing up to 100.

Realistically, they are not gonna buff his healing.
