Which 7* should be ranked?

Im kinda stuck on which 7* I should rank up, they each have their own arguments... just reaching out to see what everyone else thinks. Id be using a rank up gem, by the way...

Sinister is top choice, even unawakened.

Second would be between: Kushala, Jack'o Lantern, Purgatory, Serpent, Red Skull.

Yelena wouldn't even be in the conversation? Also, what's the argument for Purgatory? I dont use Purgatory at all.
