Mystic R4

Hi guys. So i have a 3-4 7* mystic rank up gem i was saving for Nico and with the new titan nexus from compensation i finally found her. But before taking her to r4 i would like to be sure if she is the best champ i could rank among my mystic champ. What do you think? Is she the best option? (Ps: i REALLY know nothing about her, i know she is great from YouTube)
