Can someone from Kabam look into this? My alliance help button does not work. I ask for help, other people press help, but it does nothing to reduce my arena timer.

I would put in a ticket, but Kabam's support website won't work for me. I can't even login with my credentials to the support website. It says I have a bad password even though I login to my game everyday, and I am able to login with the same password into the forums. Worst yet, when I click the reset password button, Kabam doesn't send me an email to reset my password.

It's like the worst customer service imaginable. They block you at every turn.

You need to create an account on the support site, or login with a Google account. It is not connected to your game account.
