Controls don't work after the new update

Hi! I'm playing on Steam. After the last (today's) update, my controls just aren't working. I've checked them a couple of times and they are just blank, here's the screenshot:


After I repair them and rebind everything, I get into any fight and just can't move. All the controls are unbound again.
I go into the settings again, switch from custom to classic and they aren't working too. I just mash all the keyboard buttons, press everything, nothing is working. Is that a known bug? is there a fix? literaly can't play
