Help me decide which one to upgrade. Both r unduped for now. I am new player. Please help.

    I'd personally try for Black Panther. He seems to have some pretty good bleeds and I like using him a bit more than Punisher to start. I'm fairly new, only been here a little over 3ish months, so take it for what it's worth. Good luck to you!

    I like playing with Punisher. Yeah, his sig hability is not that useful to most people, but it can be very useful for someone starting the game like you.
