Damage capped in Necropolis...

Galan's harvest damage is capped in Necropolis,

Does it work as intented?. Since the damage is capped to 1.5% per hit and harvest doesn't count as per hit damage.

It's intentional, galan harves this considered as one hit damage in these contexts

It's a shame, it should works as Odin damage burst.
