FTP Royal Hoard Bundle

Has anyone else bought the royal hoard bundle with the 14 tokens and not received the items in your inventory? I selected the 20 tier 3 alpha catalyst and the tier 6 basics but the alphas are not in my inventory.

RESOLVED

Support got back to me and said I was awarded 4 tier alpha fragments instead of the (20) 3 tier. Big mistake on my part. 😫
