"oops you're not authorized to access this page" error in help desk website

I have tried several hours today to login to the help desk and create a ticket. As soon as I login, every page just says the same error message: "oops you're not authorized to access this page". Since I can't create a ticket, I don't know what else to do. Is anyone else getting this error message?

you don't need to create a ticket for the Calendar problem.

Kabam has already posted up here that the missing calendar will start the next day for those that didn’t get it day-1. And that you will not miss out on any days (just 1 day late each)
