    Are you playing the game on another device? If you are, you must log off that other device. You cannot play this game simultaneously on two devices with just one account.

    But how come my units got spend?i dont' play on another device.

    because someone is logging in as you. If you are playing and you get this message, it means someone else is logging in. It will terminate your session and they take over.
