Imo Gwenpools sig makes the biggest difference to her, she gains the ability to bypass abilities.
Spark is already great champ without the sig, but also gets huge crit rate boost with every poise charge.
AA also benefits greatly from the dupe, can bypass all abilities even without touching the opponent while neurotoxins are active. When Gwenpool "only" has defensive ability reduction, its still great but AA has better ability reduction + AA has healblock on his sig as long as Neurotoxins are active.

But all and all picked Gwen since shes duped and AA is not

AA is out of this race because he is unduped. He benefits the most from being awakened and consequently suffers the most in this comparison. No neuro and therefore none of the great benefits and he loses the ability to really shred opponents.

This leaves Spark and Gwenpool. It's arguable who benefits the most from being awakened. Taunt is an underrated mechanic and with Spark's awakening it lasts longer, also meaning poise charges don't get consumed as quickly meaning more damage uptime and greater overall damage output.

Gwenpool gets ability reduction, but is also unkillable off a special. This certainly has it's uses when you can keep going after anyone else would be dead. She also has semi-power lock using enervate.

In the end, I give it to Spark, evasion for those unblockable attack, emergency power drain. Under the right conditions, you can chain stun if power gain is buffed at all. Great damage output. He also doesn't suffer from not being able to bleed immune champs unlike GP (in fact can do more damage against robots).
