About rewards and in-game offers

Just got this offer a few minutes ago.
I've been on level 60 for over six months and have more than 40 4* champions, about half of them duped and all of them at least 3/30. Over 90% of my 3* champions are at max level, as well as all my 2* champions.
So, I get another in-game offer that is completely useless to me, almost as useless as the XP bonus, and I guess to most players with more than one year in this game. We all know you are able to identify some characteristics of players. Then, how much difficult would be to send us offers that could be of real interest to us? And the same goes to quest rewards, that in most cases don't match the required effort.
