Parry, dash, evade, block inconsistencies

It seems as though since two updates ago, I just cannot parry, evade, dash, block etc... it's been noticeably worse from the last update, which is funny cause I know a lot of us were hoping that these issues were going to be cleaned up. I'm on Galaxy S8 and it's been brutal.
