GMC Crystal Shards

Can we get some other way to get some gmc crystal shards? I get that they’re supposed to be more difficult to come by than PHC’s but I hate the fact that there’s nothing i can grind to get more shards, I’m just forced to impatiently wait another 2 weeks for one GMC just to get a 3 star, I’m not asking for increased free shards, but can there be an arena or some milestones or a questing event to get some GMC shards?? At the very least there should be some for questing in uncollected mode
