Using Android phone so didn't manage to record a video.
Was doing arena using 3* dupped sig 87 magik. Got hit by kingpin's L1. Limbo doesn't proc at all after that??

Limbo doesn’t proc when the opponent uses a special. There’s a chance if the special pushed you over 1 bar of power but it isn’t guaranteed. Also, kingpins sp1 reduces both defenseive ability and offenseive ability accuracy by 45%
