Collective event Bug

My collective rank is a minimum 12 and im still being shown only at level 2 in rewards.
Also after seeing videos on youtube that people similar to my ranks have got around 320 crystals i was given only 168. Please resolve the issue as i have been spending a lot on this game and if this is how spenders are rewarded then makes no sense spending even a penny more in future

You must have done most of your Rankups in the widow between when Collectives dropped and when Objectives dropped later. Will be resolved (see announcements).

And 168 seems right, plus 40 from missed objectives = 208. Not 320 at the Ranks you are at.
