Is her power drain going to be upgraded.i.have recently acquired Nebula and upon reading the description which is kind of vague I have determined that you need to put on a debuff to the opposing champ first either by parry or heavy attack but I noticed that using her S1 on a champ with 3 debuffs or less the power drain is minimal at best bordering on useless. I have determined that it is work8ng as described but the amount drained and the time that power lock lasts is bad really bad. Would it be possible at least to be as effective or a little less effective as civil wars s2.

I agree, her power drain and power lock are too weak for ordinary gameplay, if you want it to be effective you have to build up charges, and if you do do that it's better to do the sp2 anyways
