Any chance to fix crystal RNG

With the size of the roster expanding every month it is getting harder and harder to dupe our champions. I know not every champion needs to be duped but a grand majority do in order to be worth using. Kabam, is there anyway to update the RNG to add a percentage for a dupe. Maybe it can even be a percentage that varies depending on how many champs you have. If you have 1 4* you only have a 1% chance for a dupe but if you have 40 you have a 50% chance. Something along those lines because I see this problem only getting worse with 5*’s now that you’re adding 6 to the pool every month.

Your idea would involve crystals catering to each individual roster. That will never happen. Open enough crystals and you won't have new champs then everyone is a dupe which is the ultimate goal.

Man then you’ve been lucky. I have 58 4*’s and Ive only duped 6 of them. I have 5 others I awakened either through arena or with a gem.

Here’s a good jumping off point for “not good” for you: LC, KK, Groot, Colossus, Karnak, Spider Gwen, Iron Patriot, Magneto, Cyke, HB, Ronan, NFDD, She Hulk, Carnage. There are others who approximate this parade of horribles, but this is sufficient for starters.

I’m sure you can find some poor sucker who when pressed into using one of the above (because he/she doesn’t have other good options) will say one of the above is useful.

But you can also find a few folks who swear by a dirt-cheap pint of malt liquor pumped through a dirty tap into a greasy glass. Still doesn’t mean it’s good.

There are. Case in point, check DOTA. 90% of the champs were viable competitive level champs. In this game, the percentage drops to 10-15%. This is not okay.

I would like to see someone make the case that only 10% to 15% of the champs in this game can reasonably be described as "viable competitive level champs." Anyone attempting to make this case by naming champs they think are not good should be prepared to name the 85% that are not good.

You missed the point mate. If every champ was classed by you (for example) as good, ie they fixed them all and you then thought all were useful and therefore good. Then none would actually be good, as that would just be normal?

Plus, and I have asked this many times, who decides what defines "good"? I love Beast, a lot don't. I prefer LC and SG to use in-game than either CM, most disagree. Most hate KK, but there are a core that sing her praises etc

I really agree with this sentiment...if all champs were equal...it would make crystal openings kinda boring. That disappointment from opening your 4th Iron Patriot, makes it so much sweeter when you do get lucky and score a great champ.

I also disagree with with the post that claims only 15% of the champs are "good" as some can be put to some specific use. Watched a video of my buddy taking down 5.4 Ultron with a rank 2 five star Loki...a champ that I personally do not think much of at all. Most people would not consider Loki "god-tier", yet he owned 5.4 Ultron.
