I just got it and duplicate I had never used it little I know about it and I have 7 cc4 of skill left over

He is good vs modok or champs that trigger abilities due to crit hits (sw or rttl quest)

@ChuckNorris, your question is NO LONGER relevant when there's Chuck Norris! Chuck Norris beats the **** out of all the champs in the Marvel Universe, including The One-Above-All.

Haha, just kidding, no offense. Joke aside, yes CB is definitely worth R4-ing, considering there's no 5* BW (even if hypothetically yes, hard to max out the sig ability), and personally I prefer CB over Elektra for Def Ability Reduction. Putting myself in this shoe, I'll definitely R4 my CB, after I have R4'ed Blade and GP, or at least I have decided not to wait for them if I haven't had them yet.
