What is the best way to grind T4CC?

I really need them to max many of *4s and rank up my *5s. I feels like it takes forever to complete one T4CC. The shards they gave us each time are way too few and it takes weeks for me to complete one t4CC.

Thanks. Kinda hope Kabam add T4CC to daily quest (with less energy per tile, 3 should be enough not 4 per tile). Also reduce amount of shards to complete one T4CC. It just takes forever for me.

If your team is full of 4/40s, you should be in an alliance doing regular map 4 with the occasional map 5. I was in your shoes once and finding a good alliance is a real game changer for getting regular t4cc

Higher AQ map crystals give higher amounts of fragments and chance at getting a full catalyst. You also get more glory doing higher maps and in turn can buy more glory and greater glory crystals

I don't like playing alliance that much bcoz I had bad experience with it. Many groups require you to revive when you're dead, you've to finish your line, you've to participate at least whatever they required, etc. I don't always have enough time to do whatever the group required.

If I can do things on my own like daily quest events, that'd be nice.

I use MCOC as a solo game; and it's a T4CC desert.

I've been playing almost the full three years, and it's only the last three months I've had enough T4CC to rank anyone up to 5/50. I have a pretty big roster, and do all the event quests I can, but I still have just five champs at 5/50; with loads stuck at 4/40.

Now I've considered the pros and cons of alliance questing; and on balance have decided I can't spare the time to be an effective alliance member at a level where I'd get T4CC regularly. I'm okay with that, as I don't have to compete with anyone else; but the major price of playing solo is that T4CC becomes your single biggest roadblock. Trust me: there isn't any other easy way to get it outside of an Alliance or the Glory store.
