Game taking control of my block mechanism and game crashing constantly off and on.

I just lost over 2000 units due to game clutching my block mechanism and crashing every couple of seconds. I'm really (edited by mod) cause I just put a bunch of money on units to play act 5 and now it's gone and I didn't ever get to play lost my boost as well which I spent an additional 1400 units on. This is (edited by mod). I spend so much on this game weekly to be ripped off on my units. If I don't get a full refund for the 3400 units I just spent and lost then I'm gonna be done with this game. I need to know if I'm getting refunded

And now the server is down so I'm losing the boost I have active right now. This sucks. I love marvel games so much but I'm not losing over 150 dollars in one day and still not even get to play act 5.

I need u guys to seriously look at my account look at how much I spend on this game weekly, and have always been a loyal customer and loved the game, but to play a game and have your block removed during game play causing me to have to spend massive units on heals n revives that I wouldn't have if game wasn't glitch ing out it's just unacceptable.
